Recovery Support Worker – Substance Misuse Services

With You in Wandsworth is recruiting a Recovery Worker to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based recovery support. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, with a salary starting at £30,250 per year plus £4,000 Inner London Weighting.

You will help clients identify goals and create personalised treatment plans, delivering continuity of care and coordinating services.
