Senior RMN – Prison Mental Health & Recovery Lead

Inclusion, part of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is recruiting an experienced RMN for a prison healthcare role at HMP Isle of Wight. You will deliver recovery-focused mental health care within an integrated MDT, assessing needs, and facilitating care transitions.

Responsibilities include CPA-based care planning, group interventions, and transfers under the Mental Health Act, with weekend work and staff supervision as noted.
