Leeds Mechanical Project Lead – Delivery & Growth

Emtec Building Services North is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Leeds to take full ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through handover. You will lead site teams, build strong client relationships and help expand our presence in the North.

The role requires a qualified Mechanical Engineer with M&E project management experience, strong commercial and delivery knowledge across contracts, and a proactive, client-focused leadership style. SMSTS is preferred.
