We’re recruiting for an experienced Private PA / EA to support a high-profile, fiercely private principal couple with a fast-moving international life. This is a senior, trusted role for someone who’s comfortable being at the centre of things and making sure everything stays on track.
You’ll manage diary and travel across time zones, oversee a portfolio of properties, and take charge of household staff and trusted suppliers. Some periods are calm, others move fast, including stretches with the kind of intensity you’d recognise if you’ve supported principals in production-led or time-sensitive environments before. That experience would be a real advantage.
Requirements
- Established Private PA / EA, ideally from a UHNW or high-profile household
- Confident managing multiple properties, staff and sensitive logistics
- Calm under pressure, quick to adapt, genuinely discreet
- Based within a 1 hour commute of London
- Full UK driving licence and own car
