Bromley GP Alliance is seeking a Prescribing Clerk to support repeat prescribing and medication administration within a GP practice caring for patients in nursing and residential homes.
You will liaise with care home staff, community pharmacies and the clinical team to ensure timely prescription processing, accurate medication records and continuity of care for a vulnerable patient population.
