IT Service Manager: Change & Governance Lead

Office for National Statistics (ONS) in Newport is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead a multi-skilled team across Change, Asset, and Software Management, Governance and Audit Compliance. You will ensure services are well governed, resilient, and aligned with organisational standards.

This will involve overseeing service performance, managing risks and dependencies, safeguarding live services from disruption, and ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.
