Job Title: Production Operatives
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Abingdon
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
Working hours are 7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday then 7am – 12pm on Friday
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable, full-time position within a supportive and well-established organisation. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day production tasks
- Operate machinery and equipment safely
- Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Previous production/manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
