Voids & Repairs Manager – Housing & MOD Sites

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Voids Manager for roles around Portsmouth, mainly working on MOD properties. The position focuses on day-to-day management of domestic void repairs, site visits, trades coordination, and on-site H&S compliance.

You will lead a small team, plan and scope works, and run toolbox talks and client meetings. A time-served tradesperson with strong CDM and building knowledge is preferred.
