Income Management & Arrears Officer

Riverside is seeking an Income and Administration Officer to manage rent and service charge accounts, advising customers on payment responsibilities and implementing proactive arrears mitigation. The role requires strong customer-facing communication and collaborative teamwork within a supportive environment.

The position is a permanent, full-time appointment based in Arlington, London, NW1 7HE, with 37.5 hours per week and Monday–Friday pattern.
