Senior Maintenance Engineer – Heavy Industry (4-on/3-off)

Our client in the Stafford area is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a range of plant and equipment. The role reports to the engineering manager and focuses on reliability, fault finding and timely repairs.

The position operates on 4 on 3 off 12-hour shifts (days then nights) with a basic salary of £45K–£49K plus overtime, pension, and 28 days annual leave.
