Shift Manager — Lead, Serve & Inspire Customers

Greggs in Portsmouth is seeking a Shift Manager to join the team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for the shop when the Manager is not around, motivating the crew and ensuring staff have what they need for a successful shift.

Typical duties include leading by example, serving customers quickly and warmly, preparing products (sandwiches and ovens), and maintaining fully stocked, clean, and presentable displays. A supportive, inclusive culture is valued.
