Project Quantity Surveyor – Refurb & New Builds

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor on a long-term basis. You will manage cost control on refurbishment and new build projects within a 10-year government/healthcare framework, handling tenders, cash flow, valuations, and CVRs.

The role requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to cost management on site with a proactive client liaison stance.
