Heim is seeking a founding Implementation Lead to build our Delivery function and run large-scale NHS deployments. You will shape daily workflows for 800+ nurses and nearly a million patient contacts annually, delivering dashboards, the Companion App, and AI-assisted productivity features.
You will drive adoption, craft playbooks and governance packs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful go-lives and scalable future deployments.
