Job Description n Location: London (2-3 days onsite) n Contract Length: 6-Months initially n Rate: Up to £400 a day Inside IR35 n A newly established national healthcare organisation is seeking a Procurement & Commercial Business Partner to support the delivery of a wide range of procurement and commercial activities during a significant period of organisational growth n Key Responsibilities n n Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop procurement strategies. n Lead end-to-end procurement activity from planning through to contract award. n Support procurements across digital, technology, healthcare services, consultancy and professional services. n Develop tender documentation, evaluation criteria and commercial assessments. n Manage supplier engagement, negotiations and contract mobilisation activities. n Ensure procurement activity is delivered in line with public sector procurement regulations and governance requirements. n Support the development of procurement processes, templates and reporting. n n Essential Experience n n Experience delivering end-to-end procurement activity within the NHS, public sector or a regulated environment. n Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. n Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks. n Experience supporting digital, technology and/or professional services procurements. n Strong commercial awareness and supplier management capability. n Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously. n n Desirable Experience n n NHS procurement experience. n Knowledge of frameworks such as G-Cloud, DOS and other public sector routes to market. n Experience of healthcare services procurement. n CIPS qualified or working towards MCIPS. n
