Tower Hamlets Council is seeking a proactive ASB Officer to act as the first point of contact for residents reporting anti-social behaviour. You will respond professionally to calls, emails and enquiries, and provide support to victims of ASB while logging cases in Civica APP, COMINO and other systems.
The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with vulnerable residents.
