Healy World is seeking a seasoned Japan-focused Community Operations lead to set up and manage core hubs on Twitter/X and Discord, tailored to Japanese players. You will analyze local behaviors, drive engagement loops, and organize campaigns that boost organic growth.

You will also monitor player sentiment, craft localized announcements, and lead a cross-functional feedback loop with Product and Brand teams to refine features and communications. English and Japanese fluency is essential.
