Quantity Surveyor – Housing c65,000 plus package

Overview

In this role you will join a Dartford-based housing developer to support cost control across housing projects, including low-rise flats. You will work closely with the site and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial control for around 150 housing units per year. The position offers a stable, local role with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. You will contribute to delivering quality homes in the community while maintaining good financial discipline and supplier coordination.
