Responsibilities
- Administer contracts to align with project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow and ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
- Manage contract change effectively while maintaining governance and best practices
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
Key requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Possibly membership of a professional body or equivalent
- Contract Management experience with NEC3/NEC4 preferred (Option C)
- Experience in Power sector projects (Distribution, Transmission, Renewables) or other technologies
