Empowering Personal Assistant – Flexible 16–36h Care Role

Enable in Ayr, South Ayrshire is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to join an award-winning social care charity. Various contracts available ranging between 16 to 36 hours; female only role.

You will support individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes, assisting with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support while helping expand their social networks. We build bespoke teams around each person, prioritising safety, wellbeing and aspirations.
