Strategic Bid Manager – Civil Infrastructure

Bimplus, a leading civil engineering contractor, seeks an experienced Bid Manager to join its Preconstruction and Business Development team in Corby. You will own end-to-end bids, coordinate Estimating, Planning, Design and Tech teams, and drive compliant, high-quality submissions.

You will develop bid strategies, manage programmes, review PQQs and tenders, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring value for money and strong client relationships.
