Support Worker for Homelessness & Independence

Codi Group is seeking a Project Worker for our 10-bed Supported Accommodation Service, Garth Villas, Merthyr Tydfil. You will work alongside the Service Manager and a team to support individuals who are homeless and face issues like mental health, substance misuse, and challenging behaviours to promote independence and tenancy readiness.
