Autism Learning Support Assistant – Path to HLTA

The Grove is seeking a Scale 5 Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving special school for children and young people with autism. The role is class based, with occasional class-cover duties across primary, secondary and Post 16 departments to support pupils from early pre-key stage standards through to GCSE.

We value flexibility, proactive support, and collaboration with teachers, to foster inclusive learning.
