Therapeutic Adventure Care Worker – Residential (Outdoor)

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children’s Adventure Care Worker in Buxton to provide therapeutic care in a residential setting. You will support 8–18 year olds, create a safe and engaging environment, and help plan outdoor adventures and creative activities.

This role requires a compassionate, patient approach and a commitment to positive outcomes. Hours are 4 days on, 6 days off with sleep nights; 365-day coverage applies.
