Deputy Centre Manager — Fast-Track to General Manager

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a client in the leisure sector. You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, taking accountability in the absence of the General Manager and progressing towards the General Manager in Waiting programme.

The role is varied and hands-on, including coaching the team, maintaining a safe, fun environment for customers, and delivering strong service standards while supporting back-of-house operations.
