A Legal 500 ranked firm with a strong regional reputation for client care is seeking a senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked Private Client team, based across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with genuine aspirations to Partnership to take on a key role within a growing team.

The Role

You will advise a broad client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners, on a full range of complex Private Client matters, including:

• Trust structuring and administration
• Estate planning for multi-jurisdictional assets
• Inheritance tax mitigation strategies
• Wills, probate and succession planning
• Ongoing advisory support for family offices and trustees
• Alongside your technical caseload, you will play a central role in business development, using your network and relationship-building skills to attract new clients and strengthen the firm’s profile in the market.

Requirements

• Senior Private Client Solicitor with strong experience in complex trusts and estates work
• Technical expertise in trust structuring, IHT planning and succession planning
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families or business owners
• A natural aptitude for building lasting client relationships
• Proven business development ability, with a network to draw on
• Clear ambition to progress to Partnership
