Hybrid HR Coordinator: 12-Month FTC

The Bukola Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join a busy People team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, delivering proactive HR support across the employee lifecycle and working closely with managers and staff to maintain a high-quality HR service.

The role covers payroll changes, first-line HR advice, absence management, disciplinaries and grievances, recruitment and onboarding, HR records compliance, and participation in HR projects and diversity initiatives.
