Leicestershire County Council is seeking an AMHP Learning & Development Co-ordinator to design and deliver CPD for AMHPs and support social workers through their AMHP qualification. You will work with the AMHP Team Manager and Adult Social Care to develop accessible, engaging learning that meets service needs.
Aligned with Learning & Development colleagues, you will help shape programs, promote flexible and hybrid working, and ensure training is relevant and inclusive for a diverse workforce.
