Plant & Equipment Strategy Lead

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a Depot Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of plant and equipment across our Energy Business Unit, with national travel and a base location in Swynnerton. The role focuses on forecasting, supplier management and delivering excellence for major UK energy schemes.

You will own the national Plant & Equipment Strategy, manage supplier relationships, and line-manage Plant Coordinators and Yard Operatives, driving continuous improvement
