Associate Director, Operational Analytics & Modelling

Autolus is seeking an Associate Director, Operational Analytics & Modelling to lead and evolve the analytical capabilities underpinning end-to-end operations across Manufacturing, Testing, Supply Chain and Quality at the Stevenage site.

You will develop models, simulations and frameworks to understand performance, identify constraints and prioritise improvement opportunities, partnering with Finance and Operational Excellence to shape investment decisions and capacity planning.
