Agincare Bourne is hiring a Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines and personal care, and join activities in the community.
You will follow care plans, maintain accurate records, encourage meaningful experiences, and promote safety and wellbeing. A UK driving licence and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK are required; full training is provided.
