The Role
Own and deliver change activity acrossprogrammes, working closely with delivery,dataand partner teams to ensure change is structured, aligned and delivers sustainable outcomes.
Whatyou’llbe doing
- Lead changedelivery
- Conduct change impact assessments anddesigninterventions
- Drive readiness activity and manage adoption risks
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches
- Develop communications,trainingand support materials
- Track adoption and ensure changecan beembedded
- Maintain governance (RAID, reporting, documentation)
- Contribute to internal tools,methodsand continuous improvement
