Job Description:
Creative Support is recruiting peripatetic Support Workers across Tyneside and Durham to provide person-centred care in bespoke developments. The role involves traveling across North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Consett and Hartlepool to support individuals in medication, MAR completion, personal care and community access.
A minimum of 12 months’ experience is required, with a strong work ethic and commitment to person-centred care.
