Job Description:
Honest Greens is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, manage the shift team, and ensure consistent quality and presentation while controlling costs.
You will train and coach staff, monitor food safety, and contribute to ordering, stock management, and daily operations. A Level 2 Food Safety certificate is required; Level 3 is a plus.
