Overview

As a Product Manager for Ipsos iris, you will drive the evolution of our flagship digital audience measurement platform within a data-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with data science, analytics, engineering, and UX to translate roadmaps into concrete product requirements and releases. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery, maintain thorough documentation, and enable learning through training and communication. This role places you at the forefront of UKOM-aligned audience measurement, shaping how clients understand online behaviour and optimise media strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and upgrade the reporting interface for Ipsos iris.
  • Translate roadmap elements into product requirements including features, user stories, and test criteria.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Ipsos iris and Product Owners on prioritization, backlog maintenance, and roadmap development from concept to launch.
  • Ensure clear, precise requirement documentation and alignment with timelines.
  • Operate within an Agile framework, prioritize deliverables, assess opportunities and risks.
  • Take ownership of tasks from initiation to completion and keep documentation current.
  • Communicate releases and product developments clearly, including industry news.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (data science, analytics, design/UX, engineering, user enablement).
  • Embed and leverage Ipsos AI tools to improve communication, documentation, and planning.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and autonomous priority management.
  • Participate in conferences, events, and webinars.

Key requirements

  • Proactive, with strong awareness of the latest digital technology and media industry developments.
  • Experience in syndicated research project mechanisms (inputs/outputs/methodologies, QA/QC, data sourcing, panel recruitment, measurement solutions, UI, metrics).
  • Solid understanding of audience measurement principles and related studies.
  • Proficient in audience measurement reporting tools (Telmar, TGI, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Ipsos iris) and Excel.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advantageous: SQL and Python for data mining; familiarity with reporting software UX.
