Part-Time Retail Team Lead — Customer Service & Coaching

Halfords in Falkirk is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to step into a gateway to management. You will supervise a small team on the sales floor and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll work 30 hours per week at Falkirk Central Retail Park, with training and development supported to help you progress into leadership roles within the group.
