Overview

As EMEA Account Sourcing Manager, you lead end-to-end procurement for a dedicated client account with a focus on Integrated Facilities Management. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage RFPs and negotiations, and optimise supplier portfolios to deliver measurable savings across FM services. You act as a trusted advisor to client and account stakeholders, ensuring compliance and value across the Workplace Management service lines. This role combines strategic thinking with cross-regional influence to drive sustainable, commercial outcomes within a global platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements across Workplace Management service lines.
  • Lead negotiations, RFP management, and bid analysis to deliver savings and meet S&P targets, especially for FM contracts.
  • Optimise supplier portfolios and develop the supply chain to meet evolving account needs.
  • Own contract and supplier compliance, maintaining accurate contracts and relationships in line with policies.
  • Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, including performance reviews and onboarding, to protect service continuity.
  • Represent Sourcing & Procurement in client meetings and forums, producing monthly and QBR performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the Account Director and facilities managers to align sourcing with operational delivery.
  • Support client surveys and transformation initiatives, including audits, reporting, and transition support.
  • Develop and manage the account’s ESG strategy with sustainable procurement practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and supplier performance using procurement platforms to drive continuous improvement.

Key requirements

  • Strong background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or FM
  • Strategic mindset with ability to build cross-region relationships and align sourcing with business goals
  • Solid understanding of FM services, supplier environments, and best practices
  • Experience managing complex FM contracts and SLAs with knowledge of sustainable FM solutions
  • Strong project, financial, and resource management skills with commercial judgement
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; fluency in English; credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Personal effectiveness and ability to build relationships in a matrixed organisation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant procurement or FM systems
  • Willingness to travel across the account’s sites and EMEA region
