You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical legal advice to a varied client base. The role also offers excellent opportunities to develop client relationships, network within the local business community, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities
n
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish.
n
Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, commercial finance, and other property transactions.
n
Meeting with clients in person, by telephone, and via correspondence to provide legal advice and updates.
n
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation.
n
Maintaining accurate and compliant client files and records.
n
Managing case progression and diary commitments effectively.
n
Responding to enquiries and providing quotations for prospective clients.
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
n
Participating in networking and business development activities to generate new work.
n
Keeping up to date with legal developments and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
n
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and practice.
n
Knowledge and understanding of CQS requirements.
n
Excellent client care and communication skills.
n
A professional and confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
n
Experience reviewing transaction documents and providing clear, practical advice.
n
A proactive and commercial approach to client service and business development.
