Building Services Lead: MEP Bid, Design & Commissioning

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Building Services Manager for a major project based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. You will analyse tender docs, lead MEP bid strategy, and coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning across the full lifecycle.

The role requires a building services degree, CSCS/SMSTS, and professional membership; you will manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure safety, compliance, and energisation readiness on live sites.
