Hybrid Systems Engineer — Jira & Demand Management

NATS is seeking a Systems Engineer (Requirements) to support requirements management, engineering workflow coordination and continuous improvement. This contract role is based in Whiteley, with two to three days per week on site and the rest remote. Initial six months with hybrid working and BPSS-ready security clearance as needed.

The role focuses on coordinating demand, improving processes and maintaining dashboards to inform delivery across projects and sustainment teams.
