Florin Healthcare, in partnership with a private elderly care provider, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Home Manager for a luxury elderly nursing home in West Sussex.
You will provide strong clinical leadership, support the Home Manager, ensure high care standards, and maintain CQC compliance. The role is fully supernumerary, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary circa £54,000–£60,000 DOE, dependent on experience.
