Job Description:
Soho House is seeking a Receptionist to deliver outstanding front-of-house service and support day-to-day club operations. You will be the first contact for members and guests, greeting them warmly and managing calls for reservations and inquiries with discretion.
You will maintain knowledge of facilities, events and policies, assist with coat checks and Guest List duties, train new hires to Soho standards, and contribute to a welcoming, professional, guest-first atmosphere.
