Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a Care Leavers Personal Advisor to support young people aged 16–25 as they transition from care. You will manage a caseload, provide direct work, group activities and tailored plans, and help them access housing, education and employment resources.
The role requires a compassionate, person-centred approach, knowledge of relevant safeguarding procedures, and the ability to engage diverse backgrounds. DBS enhanced is required.
