Overview

In this role you will lead on-site delivery for projects within the Oxford region, spanning commercial, R&D, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and education sectors. You will oversee projects from £1m to £15m, including new build and refurbishment works, ensuring quality, safety and programme adherence. You will work closely with a growing regional team in a developing area, driving performance and client satisfaction. This is a permanent opportunity with a structured contractor that rewards experience and strong site leadership with a clear impact on project success.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 50,000–55,000
• car allowance ~£6k

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery for projects from £1m to £15m across multiple sectors
• oversee new build and refurbishment works including special works
• maintain high standards of health & safety and maintain accurate paperwork
• manage site teams and subcontractors to meet programme and budget
• ensure daily commuting to Oxford and daily on-site presence
• support regional growth and client relationship development

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• proven track record with reputable Main Contractor
• experience managing multiple sector projects £1m–£15m
• ability to commute to Oxford daily
