Partner/Legal Director – Contentious Construction

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex construction disputes across adjudications, arbitrations and court proceedings
• Lead and shape the growth of the construction practice
• Develop and manage key client relationships and business development initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers
• Support strategic risk management and dispute avoidance for clients
• Collaborate with leadership to influence firm strategy and culture

Key requirements

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor with strong reputation in contentious construction
• Significant experience handling complex construction disputes
• Commercial awareness and solutions-focused mindset
• Interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Collaborative approach and desire to grow the practice
