Breakfast Commis Chef – 2 AA Rosette Kitchen, Growth

West Sussex in Chichester is seeking a Breakfast Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant within a 91-bedroom hotel. This fixed-term, full-time role includes early mornings and some evenings and weekends.

You’ll prepare breakfast dishes to a high standard, follow recipes, support senior chefs with mise en place, maintain a clean kitchen, and help with stock rotation during busy morning service while learning and growing.
