An established property business is looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a varied industrial & office portfolio across the Midlands.

The Role
n
You’ll take a proactive role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, with responsibilities including:
n
- n
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Setting and reconciling service charge budgets
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Managing lease events, including reviews, expiries and break options
- Handling dilapidations, licences to alter and assignments
- Working closely with FM, finance and asset management teams
- Supporting rent collection and arrears management
- Overseeing minor refurbishments and tenant handovers
- Identifying opportunities to improve the performance of the portfolio

The role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership, building strong occupier relationships and managing a broad range of commercial property matters.

The Person
n
We’re looking for someone with:
n
- n
- Commercial property management experience
- Strong service charge knowledge
- Good landlord and tenant experience
- Experience managing occupied commercial assets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
n

MRICS would be advantageous, but is not essential.
n

Package

- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
- Up to £5,000 car allowance
- 55p per mile business mileage

This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with regular travel across the portfolio.
