Van Driver

Streamline Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity available for one of our clients based in West Thurrock, who are growing their team and looking for a dedicated 3.5T Driver to support with customer orders and deliveries.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a customer-facing role where no two days are the same, and who likes varied routes and meeting different customers. You will be delivering to high-end restaurants, hotel chains, pubs and a variety of hospitality events.

You will be responsible for:

• Completing pre-start checks on your van to ensure the vehicle is safe before starting your shift.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed within the required timeframe and delivery slot.
• Unloading the van at delivery points using a trolley to offload goods at customer sites.
• Ensuring all paperwork is signed and completed at delivery points.
• Reporting any issues, problems or traffic delays back to the office.
• Ensuring your van is clean and tidy at the end of your shift.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with starts around 7:00am. Shifts are approximately 8–10 hours.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
