Head of Reconciliations & Financial Controls

Zurich on the Isle of Man is seeking an experienced Reconciliations Team Manager to lead the reconciliations function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and robust controls across the balance sheet. You will manage a high-performing team, drive process improvements and collaborate with Finance, Risk and Compliance to support audit readiness.

The role requires a proven leadership track record in financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
