Regional Mobilisation & Training Care Worker

Alternative Futures Group is recruiting for a Clinical Community Care Support Worker to provide personalised support to adults with complex care needs, including medication administration and managing medical equipment, across the North West.

You will shadow-train new staff, travel between services, and participate in mandatory training to ensure safe, high-quality care in line with personalised plans and the Mental Capacity Act.
