Flexible Children’s Support Worker

Compass Community invites applications for a Children’s Support Worker – Flexible Hours on a zero hours contract. You’ll join our teams across residential homes and specialist schools, providing consistent, compassionate support to children and young people.

You’ll build trusting relationships, support emotional wellbeing, encourage participation in education and daily activities, and work with experienced Residential, Education and Therapeutic teams. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
